As a Product Technical Engineer in Valeo Pianezza you will have the opportunity to work with major carmakers in electronics development within an international and multicultural environment. ResponsibilitiesBe the referent in the domain: build technical knowledge and depth; define standards roadmaps; ensure standard excellence; continuously improve standards by anticipating technical breakthroughs; lead and follow up on transversal initiatives at site and group level; support the team leader in tailoring standard processes to project needs; communicate across Valeo Discipline Network and meet customer expectations. Support / provide solutions to operational entities: support Valeo sites during RFQ in choosing technical solutions; develop discipline requirements by gathering stakeholder requirements for complex projects, consolidating them and identifying conflicts; may travel to meet OEMs/customers; perform technical reviews on project activities; present work progress in complex project meetings; develop features list and organize into work packages to maximize value delivered per phase; support Design Leaders & Project Management in discipline development planning; commit to performance of technical solutions. Provide Innovative Technologies Solutions: responsible for system and customer requirements analysis for new products; responsible for high-level design architecture definition for new products. Coach And Train In His Domain: coach and certify standard technical reviewers at site/group level; develop and deliver technical training considering multicultural environments.QualificationsUniversity education in engineering / technical field (Mandatory) 2-3 years experience in an Engineering / Project Management role, preferably in the Automotive industry Fluent English and Good Italian (B2 level minimum mandatory)The chance to profit from a customized career plan in one of the most important tech-companies worldwide.
