Role Overview As Market Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, margin, and engagement across a portfolio of live hotels. You will act as a trusted partner to hotel revenue managers and leadership teams, ensuring properties are fully activated, competitive, and consistently performing across Nuitée's demand partners. You will work hands‑on with data, dashboards, and internal teams to identify performance gaps quickly and act on them without delay. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of directly contracted hotel partners Build strong, long‑term relationships with hotel revenue managers, GMs, and cluster teams Drive revenue growth by optimizing availability, pricing, room‑type coverage, and restrictions Monitor performance daily using Yielding and Transaction dashboards to identify opportunities and issues early Recommend and execute promotions, pricing adjustments, and distribution optimizations Lead regular business reviews and build structured quarterly
