Posizione 100% da remoto Compenso: fisso + percentuale sulle performance legato al fatturato e CR dei venditori LA SFIDA Abbiamo un business già validato (≈1M€/anno). Il prossimo step è strutturare, replicare ottimizzare e scalare fino a 4M€. Non cerchiamo un "capo vendite", ma un leader strategico che: costruisca un sistema commerciale solido, faccia crescere il team, guidi l'azienda verso un obiettivo condiviso.
