**SALES DIRECTOR**
Mission and main responsibility of the Sales Diector is to increase the performance of the sales organizations ensuring growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.
- Identify opportunities and drive initiatives that contribute to business growth.
- Develop and manage a motivated sales force, setting clear sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction
- Analyze data and identify trends opportunities and areas of improvement
- Manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities
- Establish a strong network with Head Quarter and with the other countries
The position reports to the Managing Director.
**Job requirements**:
- Business Degree or equivalent
- Fluent knowledge of english language
- Strong professional background in BtoB sales activities matured in multinational companies
- P&L awareness
- Available to travel in Italy to visit customers and support the sales team
Excellent communication, customer centric attitude, team player, organized and structured, strong managerial standing, digital mind-set
