Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.We are looking for a Product Planning Manager – Micromobility.Lead the micro‑mobility ecosystem within the Fiat Brand, exploring new products, markets, and consumer segments to expand the brand’s reach and relevance.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement product planning strategies for micro‑mobility, aligned with Fiat brand vision and objectives.Identify opportunities for new products, markets, and consumer segments through market research and competitive analysis.Define and manage the product portfolio, ensuring a balance between innovation, technical feasibility, and profitability.Coordinate the product development process, guaranteeing quality, timing, and alignment with customer needs and brand positioning.Manage commercial complexity (versions, trims, colors, specifications) to optimize costs and processes.Act as the main point of contact for integration between global and regional teams, ensuring strategic alignment with all stakeholders.Monitor product performance and propose corrective actions to maximize results.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field.Solid experience in product planning and the automotive industry; especially in the two‑wheeler segment.Ability to analyze market trends.Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Fluent in English.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
