We are looking for a Product Planning Manager - Micromobility

Lead the micro-mobility ecosystem within the Fiat Brand, exploring new products, markets, and consumer segments to expand the brand's reach and relevance.

Key responsabilities:


• Develop and implement product planning strategies for micro-mobility, aligned with Fiat brand vision and objectives.


• Identify opportunities for new products, markets, and consumer segments through market research and competitive analysis.


• Define and manage the product portfolio, ensuring a balance between innovation, technical feasibility, and profitability.


• Coordinate the product development process, guaranteeing quality, timing, and alignment with customer needs and brand positioning.


• Manage commercial complexity (versions, trims, colors, specifications) to optimize costs and processes.


• Act as the main point of contact for integration between global and regional teams, ensuring strategic alignment with all stakeholders.


• Monitor product performance and propose corrective actions to maximize results.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field.


• Solid experience in product planning and the automotive industry; especially in the two-wheeler segment.


• Ability to analyze market trends.


• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.


• Fluent in English.
