ADECCO cerca per una multinazionale sua cliente leader nel settoreConsumer Care / Personal Health , impegnata nello sviluppo del canaleDirect-to-Consumer (DTC)1Business Execution Assistant(Junior DTC Digital & E-commerce Operations Specialist – Consumer Care)Per rafforzare il team digitale, cerchiamo unarisorsa junior , motivata e organizzata, che supporti l’esecuzione delle attività digitali ed e-commerce.Il ruolo La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team DTC e supporterà le attività operative legate acampagne digitali, contenuti e piattaforme e-commerce .Il ruolo è ideale per chi vuolecrescere nel digital marketing e nell’e-commerce , lavorando in un contesto strutturato e regolamentato e con frequente interazione internazionale.Responsabilità principali Supporto a campagne e contenuti digitaliSupportare l’implementazione delle campagne DTC e delle attività promozionaliGestire il caricamento e l’aggiornamento dei contenuti nel content hubSupportare la localizzazione di asset globali per il mercato italiano (traduzione e adattamento)Supporto alle attività e-commerceAggiornare le pagine del sito DTC secondo le indicazioni del teamSupportare l’aggiornamento delle pagine prodotto (copy, immagini, materiali informativi)Coordinare il caricamento degli asset sulle piattaforme digitali (CMS, PIM, Brandstore)Supporto operativo e coordinamentoSupportare il coordinamento con stakeholder interni e agenzieVerificare che le attività vengano eseguite nei tempi previstiSupportare i controlli post go-live delle campagneMonitoraggio e reportingSupportare il monitoraggio quotidiano delle performance di businessAggiornare report Excel e materiali di sintesiSupportare la preparazione di presentazioni per business reviewRequisiti Esperienza0–2 anni di esperienza in ambitodigital marketing, e-commerce o comunicazioneStage o prima esperienza in azienda strutturata o agenzia digitale è considerata un plusForte interesse per il mondodigital, e-commerce e consumer careCompetenzeBuone capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglioCapacità di gestire più attività in paralleloBuona conoscenza diMicrosoft ExcelInglese fluente (scritto e parlato)– requisito essenziale per la gestione di asset e interazioni internazionaliSoft skillsAtteggiamento proattivo e “can do”Voglia di imparare e crescere professionalmenteAffidabilità e senso di responsabilitàCapacità di lavorare in team e seguire processi strutturatiStruttura organizzativaGuida operativa:DTC Brand Manager e PHC Brand DirectorCollaborazione con: Brand, MSP, Finance, Regulatory, agenzie e partner esterniCosa offriamoInserimento in un team strutturato e collaborativocontratto in somministrazione iniziale 12 mesi (6+6)CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico - Liv D o CFormazione on-the-job su digital marketing ed e-commerceEsposizione a progetti e campagne DTC a livello internazionaleOpportunità di crescita professionale nel medio periodo#J-18808-Ljbffr
