Administrative Intern We are Schlumberger, the leading provider of technology and services to the energy industry. Throughout much of the oil and gas lifecycle in over 120 countries; we design, develop, and deliver technology and services that transforms how work is done. The intern should assist the Administrator/Office supervisor to perform secretarial and administrative duties for on-site and remote locations. Requested advanced computer and process skills to help on data entry and assist the Business System Administrator with day-to-day activities. Assistance the Business System Administrator with day-to-day activities. Collection and to archive of documents, correspondence etc etc. Assistance on collect and maintain department records and files. Arrange travel schedule and reservations. Arrange medical check schedule and reservations. Answer telephone and handle request for information. Organize and schedule appointments. Provide administrative support for local procurement and sourcing activities. Assist on creating, managing and closing purchase orders. Degree and qualification level - Business Management BSc Time management skills and ability to prioritize work Proficient in MS office ( Excel, Power Point, Word, PowerBI) Excellent written and verbal communication skills English/ Italian.
