Nel Ruolo di Boutique Manager la figura dovrà occuparsi: gestione quotidiana e autonoma della boutique garantendo un'operatività fluida ed efficiente nella pianificazione delle attività quotidiane e settimanali del punto vendita; attività di coordinamento e di formazione e motivazione del team di vendita per assicurare un servizio clienti eccellente. monitoraggio delle performance di vendita e implementazione di strategie per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali. cura dell'allestimento e del visual merchandising, in linea con le linee guida aziendali. gestione dello stock gestione delle relazioni con i clienti, garantendo la loro fidelizzazione e soddisfazione. garantire la conformità con tutte le politiche aziendali Competenze ed esperienzaLa figura dovrà rispondere ai seguenti requisiti: Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Store Manager, preferibilmente nel settore Fashion o retail premium. Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del team. Conoscenza approfondita delle tendenze del mercato retail e dei comportamenti dei consumatori. Capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati di vendita per ottimizzare le performance. Competenze eccellenti di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale. Orientamento al cliente e attenzione al dettaglio. Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante come quello del Quadrilatero della Moda a Milano. Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2).
