Assistant chef de projet (Position Nationale)Chef de Projet / Représentante Pays AVSI en République du CongoDans le cadre de l’exécution de ses projets, la Fondation AVSI en République du Congo recrute un (e) Assistant (e) Chef de Projet.Responsabilités et tâches principales3.1 Appui à la planification et à la mise en œuvreParticiper à l’élaboration des plans de travail, chronogrammes et budgets opérationnelsAppuyer l’organisation et la mise en œuvre des activités terrain du projetCoordonner avec les partenaires locaux, prestataires et parties prenantesContribuer à l’identification et à la gestion des risques opérationnels3.2 Reporting et communicationContribuer à la rédaction des rapports narratifs (mensuels, trimestriels, finaux)Assurer la remontée régulière d’informations vers le Chef de ProjetAppuyer la préparation de présentations, notes conceptuelles et comptes rendusContribuer à la visibilité du projet conformément aux exigences des bailleurs3.3 Appui administratif et logistiqueAppuyer le suivi administratif des activitésContribuer à la planification logistique des activités (missions, ateliers, formations)Collaborer avec les services supports (RH, finances, logistique, achats)3.4 Conformité et redevabilitéVeiller au respect des procédures internes AVSI et des règles des bailleursPromouvoir et respecter les politiques AVSI : Règlement intérieur, PSEAH, Protection de l’enfance, Égalité de genreContribuer aux mécanismes de redevabilité envers les bénéficiairesFormationBac+3 minimum en gestion de projets, sciences sociales, développement, économie, gestion ou domaine connexe.Expérience professionnelleAu moins 3 ans d’expérience dans l’appui à la gestion de projets (expérience en ONG, associations, projets financés par bailleurs serait un atout)Expérience terrain appréciéeProfil et compétencesSens de l’organisation et de la rigueurEsprit d’équipe et bonnes capacités relationnellesAutonomie, proactivité et sens des responsabilitésCapacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délaisBonne connaissance du cycle de projet (planification, mise en œuvre, suivi, reporting).Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Capacités rédactionnelles avérées en français (l’anglais et italien sont des atouts).Capacité à travailler avec des partenaires et communautés locales.*AVSI applique, dans le processus de sélection, le principe d’inclusivité et de non-discrimination, garantissant l’égalité des chances indépendamment du sexe, de l’âge, de l’ethnie, de la nationalité, de l’orientation sexuelle, de l’identité de genre, de l’état civil, des convictions religieuses, du handicap et de l’appartenance à des catégories protégées.**AVSI se réserve le droit de demander aux employeurs précédents des informations concernant d’éventuels différends, préoccupations liées à la protection, enquêtes ou mesures disciplinaires, et de solliciter la communication des antécédents judiciaires et civils du candidat, aux fins d’évaluer son aptitude professionnelle à exercer des fonctions impliquant un contact avec des personnes vulnérables, y compris des enfants et des adultes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
