Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman\'s philosophy.RoleUnder the direct supervision of the Chief Engineer, the Maintenance supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the resort are proactively maintained and that everything is functional and in proper working order. Planning and execution of CARE and Projects throughout the year.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating the maintenance teamPainting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Boiler servicing and upkeepCarpet installation and removalWood floor installation and refinishPool and spa maintenanceHeating and cooling system maintenanceWood burning and gas fireplace maintenanceSnow removalRequirementsFluent in Italian and preferably English.Work experience as a Maintenance Attendant or a similar level position at a hotel or resort for at least 5 years.Knowledge in electrical maintenance, boilers, heating, and cooling systems.BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
