At CS GROUP, we are driven by innovation and we value our most important asset: our people.Job DescriptionTo support our client activities which cover the Heater-HPR (High Pressure Regulator) design, development, and testing up to the equipment TRL 6 test on an EM model you will have the following responsibilities:Provide technical knowhow and consultancy in propulsion to project teams responsible for spacecraft development.Enhance support for propulsion subsystem activities utilizing Hall thruster-based propulsion technology and its critical components.Perform propulsion sub-system level analysis to provide inputs to system budgets.Prepare technical documentation to support the propulsion subsystem development, testing, and the associated project reviewsProvide support in developing propulsion sub-system and equipment, including design and testingProvide support for supplier management, including requirements management, progress monitoring, and supporting project-related reviews.Identify critical development challenges and assist in their resolution.Regularly report to the Head of Propulsion and Lead Propulsion Engineer.QualificationsMaster's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Plasma Physics required along with relevant experience; a PhD in a related field is a strong assetStrong background and specific experience in propulsion.Knowledge of thermodynamics and heat
