CID S.p.A., a medical device manufacturing and selling company, is looking for a full time Executive and Business Assistant On-Site (Smart-Working not Applicable). The resource, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will ensure effective support to the Director and facilitate the smooth organization of the director's activities. Responsibilities & Objectives: Manage the Director's agenda and coordinate business trips Prepare documentation for digital presentations and support the director in meeting preparations Collect, interpret and summarize quantitative and qualitative data for the management Draft clear and structured reports documents for the management Assist in organizing travel, meetings, and expense reimbursements for the director Facilitate internal and external communications for the director The profile will be asked to have a proactive approach, trying to understand business needs and requirements appropriately Soft Skills: Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills Time management & prioritization Discretion and confidentiality Attention to detail Solutions oriented Proactive approach Qualifications: Education: University Degree in Business Administration, a Biomedical or Biology field would be considered aswell Languages : Fluent in English and Italian. French and any other language skill will be appreciated Experience : 2/3 years experience in administrative support roles would be preferred Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
