Then, inTEST Corporation is looking forward to meeting youFor one of our companies, Accoulogic, we are looking for a Technical Support and Application Engineer.This role supports the Acculogic business, which is housed in the Electronic Test division of inTEST Corporation, and it will be based in the Alfamation site in Monza.Reporting to the Applications Manager, you will work with the business development and technical support teams and as Technical Application and Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface between Acculogic and the customers for its flying probe and in‑circuit test equipment, providing both pre‑sales and post‑sales support.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPre‑sales: customer demonstrations, evaluations and benchmarks, including development of test applications.Presenting Acculogic tools at trade shows and seminars to promote the technology and advance Acculogic’s customer market awareness.Post‑sales: customers’ support, equipment installation, preventative maintenance, fault identification and repair, installation of upgrades and delivery of training.Developing test projects for circuit board testing.Participating in Acculogic products and test procedures further development.Writing technical documentation and test reports.Required QualificationsA bachelor’s degree or similar in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field of study.An understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical principles including component theory and a well‑developed ability to read and interpret schematics.Previous experience with automated test equipment (ATE) for the electronics industry is strongly preferred.Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.Self‑driven, quick, and eager learner, able to exhibit professional bearing under pressure.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as presenting to technical working groups and seminars.Team player with the ability to contribute to a matrix organization while maintaining the ability to act and think independently in a fast‑paced environment when needed.Availability to travel internationally >50% of working time.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob Function & IndustriesOther.
