In KPMG avrai l’opportunità di aiutare i clienti, la società, le colleghe e i colleghi ad affrontare e risolvere le sfide più attuali e complesse.KPMG Business Services offre servizi interni all’organizzazione, supportando tutte le linee di servizio e coadiuvando i professionisti nella gestione delle attività quotidiane.La funzione IT Governance e Performance ha la responsabilità di garantire il governo end-to-end dei processi chiave IT, trasparenza sulle performance, disciplina finanziaria, compliance ai framework di controllo e un modello di reporting che consenta alla Direzione IT di prendere decisioni basate su dati e KPI oggettivi.Your Day‑to‑Day Activities Will Focus on the Following AreasIT Financial GovernanceCollaborate with the Finance Controlling function to ensure proper management of IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.Monitor recurring costs (licenses, cloud services, contracts, managed services).Support spend optimization initiatives through cost analysis and savings plans, in collaboration with senior IT functions.IT Performance ManagementContribute to the definition of the IT KPI framework and scorecards (services, processes, vendors).Prepare periodic reports for IT Leadership.Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement.Drive the development of the “IT Performance” dashboard for IT Management.Cost Allocation, Showback & ChargebackMaintain and enhance the IT cost allocation model across functions and Lines of Service.Ensure accurate collection of consumption drivers and total cost of ownership (TCO) for IT services.Produce detailed showback and chargeback reports for key stakeholders.IT Vendor GovernanceAnalyze vendors’ TCO, financial performance, and SLA compliance.Contribute to the development of vendor scorecards and performance reviews.Portfolio & Investment GovernanceProvide financial analyses to support IT Portfolio Management.Support the definition and evaluation of business cases, expected returns, and financial sustainability of initiatives.Monitor benefits realization and CAPEX/OPEX allocation.Compliance, Controls and AuditSupport activities required to ensure compliance with IT Governance and Performance requirements (IT audits, ISO standards, etc.).QualificationsAproximately 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms, corporations, or banking institutions.A Master’s degree in Management Engineering or similar disciplines.Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL).The ability to build cost allocation models and TCO analyses.Knowledge of ITSM processes and the IT service lifecycle.Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.Knowledge of IT contracts (licenses, cloud services, outsourcing).Experience with FinOps practices is considered a plus.Strong data‑driven mindset and analytical thinking.Accuracy and reliability in managing financial and economic information.Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and financial stakeholders.Strong communication and synthesis skills.Problem‑solving attitude and proactivity.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent command of the English language.Your Future With Us – Cosa troverai in KPMGAn inclusive and fair work environment that respects, encourages, and values diversity.A stimulating and dynamic context that fosters creativity and teamwork.A hybrid working model, promoting a healthy work‑life balance.Advanced training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills.An international mindset and exposure to innovative projects.Initiatives focused on physical and psychological well‑being.Together for Better – I nostri valori e il nostro impegnoLeadership, teamwork, respect for every individual, continuous learning, transparency, commitment to the community, and integrity: these are the Values of KPMG, shaping an environment open to the exchange of ideas and knowledge and enabling our professionals to fully express their potential.As a result of our commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment, our Network complies with the standards of the ISO 30415 requirements, on the Diversity and Inclusion Management System, and UNI PdR 125, relating to gender equality.
