You will execute comprehensive sub‑category strategies to achieve best‑in‑class results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost at a global level.Job DescriptionExecute sub‑category strategies and deliver against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets globally.Identify and assess potential new suppliers; lead negotiations and establish or update supplier agreements.Define capacity distribution and demand across products / sub‑categories to ensure supply continuity.Coordinate demand between suppliers and support tactical sourcing through effective execution.Support budget development and build the business case for sourcing strategies; report progress to stakeholders.EssentialBusiness degree (or equivalent).Strong presentation and communication skills.Proven ability to write tenders and contracts.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.High initiative and self‑motivation; strategic planning capability; data‑driven decision‑making; effective team player.Preferred / Nice to HaveSAP experience.Experience within the oil & gas industry.Procurement‑related education / certification (e.g., CIPS).SkillsCommunication Skills and AbilitiesLegal Requirements (Purchase Orders, Subcontracts)Tender ProcessTeamworkStrategic PlanningBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
