Definition and monitoring of brand standardsCreation and implementation of guidelines related to:Look & Feel of the stores (interior and exterior)Functional signage for the customer experienceCompany uniform (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations)SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SOSs (Store Operating Standards) for front and back of houseConducting regular audits in stores to verify:Cleanliness and orderProduct qualityCustomer journeyCompliance with look & feel and uniform guidelinesDeveloping corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers2. Optimization of operational processesIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while respecting standardsCollaborating with store teams to implement practical and consistent solutionsMonitoring HACCP and Food Safety software, resolving any issues3. Training and staff developmentOrganizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating proceduresCollecting feedback through post-training surveysDrafting reports on the costs of the sessionsCollaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify training improvement opportunities4. Monitoring store performanceAnalyzing KPIs and metrics including: customer reviews (GMB); food delivery performance indicators; mystery shopper rating and NPS.Supporting Area Managers in managing: orders and waste monitoring.5. Marketing and communication supportSupervising the release and correct display of marketing/communication materials in storesCollaborating with the marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects6.
