Manager, New Tech Deployment , OMHS Integration and Deployment (I&D)Job ID: | Amazon.com Services LLC - A57We are seeking a technical leader to lead our Project Execution team responsible for implementing advanced automation technologies across our network. In this role, you will lead a team that structures and scales material handling equipment projects ensuring successful installation, integration, commissioning, and training of RME personnel on all new technologies. Your team will develop comprehensive documentation for RME to successfully operate and maintain these assets while optimizing asset operation to maximize throughput.Note: Candidate can sit out of any office in US.Key job responsibilitiesLead a team of six direct reports who manage technology implementation projects across the networkOversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of advanced automation technologiesDevelop and implement training, spares and support programs for RME personnel to ensure successful operation and maintenance of new technologiesCreate comprehensive documentation for operational procedures, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting guidesOptimize asset operation to maximize throughput and efficiencyManage project handoffs to the Field Support Team once implementation is completeFollow the 3P labor model for full installationsDefine and track success metrics for technology launches, including on-time delivery and successful RME handoffsBasic Qualifications7+ years of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced levelPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniquesExperience in complex work environments, including (but not limited to robotics, automation, diagnostic and test equipment)Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
