To help achieve these goals, Prologis has become one of the world’s largest onsite solar energy producers, and is now expanding its Mobility division to support the logistics sector’s shift to zero-emission fleets.About the CollaborationWe are seeking an consultant (lavoratore autonomo) to support the development of EV charging infrastructure at logistics centers across Italy. The focus of this collaboration will be the Workplace Charging program, aiming to provide charging solutions for passenger vehicles across more than 100 distribution centers.This opportunity involves the management of service delivery related to project coordination, partner alignment, and customer interfacing. The consultant will work closely with the Director of Project Development & Execution for Europe and with the local Prologis teams.Responsibilities (Scope of Services)Independently coordinate deployment activities for EV charging facilities across multiple logistics sites.Plan rollout strategies, budgets, and milestones with a focus on service outcomes.Liaise with tenants and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction, with minimal operational disruption.Interface with engineering, permitting, utilities, and EPC partners to ensure timely delivery.Review and provide input on site designs and ensure alignment with local standards and Prologis quality requirements.Coordinate documentation and oversee commissioning processes.Interface with grid operators and support grant or subsidy applications as needed.Ensure that all work is conducted to high quality, environmental, and safety standards.Provide periodic reporting on progress and project status (timelines, budget, risks) as agreed upon.Key RequirementsCollaboration open to independent professionals with partita IVA or those working via a consulting agency.Proven track record in e-mobility infrastructure deployment and project coordination.Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across different disciplines and organizational boundaries.Native-level Italian and professional-level English required.Familiarity with permitting, grid connections, and public sector interactions is a plus.People FirstAs a successful global enterprise, Prologis has never lost sight of what matters most - our strong belief that our people are the most important part of our business.
