**Join us as a Facility and Mobility Manager**, and let's make magic happen together.

**Role Overview**

As a** Facility and Mobility Manager**, you’ll oversee and drive all aspects of building, office, and mobility functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facility services. You will report to the Head of Procurement.

Your mission:

- ** Oversee building operations.** Supervise space management, maintenance, repairs, renovations, and mobility operations to provide an optimal experience for employees.
- ** Ensure safety and compliance.** Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- ** Manage vendors and contracts. **Collaborate with procurement to negotiate contracts and maintain high-quality, cost-effective services for providers.
- ** Budget management.** Develop and manage facility and mobility budgets to ensure the efficient use of resources.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Educational background.** Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- ** Facility and Mobility experience.** Over 3 years of hands-on experience in facility and/or mobility management, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the role.
- ** Operational efficiency and cost management.** Proven ability to make decisive choices that align with budget standards and cost-effectiveness objectives.
- ** Organizational and problem-solving skills.** Excellent multitasking abilities paired with strong analytical skills to effectively manage and resolve facility and mobility projects.
