Location Milan / Rome Overview As the Media & Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing media planning and partnership initiatives, overseeing campaign performance, driving impactful results, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, legal guidelines and brand standards. Responsibilities Coordinate the execution of cross‑channel media strategies including programmatic campaigns, media buying, and coordination with key media partners. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimisation by coordinating with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics) and external partners/agencies. Manage end‑to‑end execution and delivery of media and partnership campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, creative assets delivered, and coordination with internal and external partners runs smoothly. Monitored campaign delivery, track performance, optimise media spend using data insights and attribution models to support investment decisions. Support management of media and strategic partnerships, and activation of co‑branded initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (AgCom/IAP), manage contracts, intellectual property rights and legal documentation related to media and partnerships. Collaborate closely with creative, brand and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all campaigns and communication channels. Required Qualifications Hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as programmatic, display, video and social media. Proficiency with media buying and analytics tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads Manager, Sistrix, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimise campaign performance. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in both Italian and English. A flexible, adaptable approach and a collaborative mindset within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel within Europe as required by business needs.
