LGA Human Resources ( società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di personale, per una storica realtà attiva in ambito energetico è alla ricerca di una/un: Product Marketing & Innovation Specialist Al fine di sostenere la crescita e l'evoluzione aziendale, la persona selezionata guiderà lo sviluppo del portafoglio prodotti e servizi della società. In questo ruolo, ella avrà l'opportunità di definire l'offering aziendale sia in ambito commodity (Luce e Gas) che extra-commodity (Soluzioni Innovative, Servizi ed Efficienza Energetica). Responsabilità: Analisi di mercato e scouting: monitoraggio costante del panorama competitivo e dei trend di settore per identificare nuove opportunità di business; Sviluppo dell'offering: studio e progettazione di nuovi prodotti e servizi, definendo caratteristiche tecniche, pricing e posizionamento di mercato; Analisi dati e performance: analisi quantitativa dei dati di vendita e della customer base per ottimizzare il portafoglio esistente e basare lo studio dell'offering su numeri solidi; Gestione commodity ed extra-commodity: definizione di soluzioni integrate che spaziano dalla fornitura energetica tradizionale a prodotti a valore aggiunto (es. fotovoltaico, mobilità elettrica ecc); Coordinamento interfunzionale: collaborazione con le unit interne (Sales, Operations, IT) e agenzie esterne per garantire la fattibilità e il lancio efficace dei prodotti; Ricerca e valutazione di soluzioni e prodotti innovativi sul mercato, con particolare focus sui servizi a valore aggiunto in ambito domestico e business; Monitoraggio KPI: definizione e monitoraggio dei KPI di prodotto per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business definiti con il Management; Supporto al brand: coordinamento con il team Brand per assicurare che i nuovi prodotti rispettino il tono di voce e i valori di sostenibilità aziendali. Requisiti: Laurea Magistrale in Marketing, Ingegneria Gestionale, Management o in discipline economiche affini; Solida esperienza professionale, con almeno 5-7 anni in ruoli di Product Marketing o Business Development all'interno del settore Energy/Utilities; Esperienza pregressa in attività di marketing strategico in aziende multiutility; Provenienza da contesti societari strutturati; Competenze Analitiche: attitudine all'analisi di dati complessi e alla traduzione degli stessi in strategie di prodotto concrete; Esperienza specifica nella gestione di prodotti extra-commodity; Conoscenza delle dinamiche di lead management legate al lancio di nuovi prodotti; Propensione all'iniziativa, con attenzione alle finalità di business e forti doti di relazione interpersonale. Luogo di lavoro: Genova (centro cittadino). Richiesta presenza in sede. Contratto: Tempo indeterminato, F/T.
