Posizione The Head of Contract is responsible for defining, developing, and leading Artemest’s global Contract business, positioning the brand as a reference partner for high-end hospitality, residential, and retail projects worldwide. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial development, and project execution, ensuring Artemest’s artisanal excellence, customization capabilities, and curated network of makers are translated into scalable, profitable contract solutions aligned with luxury market standards. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop opportunities in hospitality, luxury residential, yachting, retail, offices, and public spaces. Build Artemest’s presence among architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality operators, procurement companies, and project managers. Establish Artemest as a preferred contract partner for multi-category projects. Commercial Leadership Lead business development activities for the team. Lead negotiations for large-scale and high-value contract projects, including pricing, margins, timelines, and contractual terms. Define commercial policies, discount structures, and profitability targets for the Contract channel. Manage key global accounts and strategic partnerships Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to integrate contract opportunities into Artemest’s ecosystem.
