This is a multi-country transformation for a major enterprise, currently entering the global deployment phase. You will play a key leadership role within the SAP Project Systems (PS) workstream, overseeing design, build, integration, and deployment activities, and working closely with both onshore and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the SAP PS workstream within the S/4HANA rollout program. Define and oversee solution design, configuration, and integration across related modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PM). Collaborate closely with business process owners, project managers, and functional leads to ensure solution alignment with business requirements. Manage a team of SAP PS consultants and ensure delivery quality, milestones, and adherence to project timelines. Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and oversee testing and deployment activities. Provide expert input on best practices for Project Systems within S/4HANA environments. Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization phases. Coordinate with global template and governance teams to ensure consistency across rollouts. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in SAP PS . Proven experience as a Team Lead or Stream Lead on S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects. Strong integration knowledge with adjacent modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM). Experience working in large, complex, multi-country SAP programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to work effectively in multicultural, distributed teams. Must be available for monthly travel to Dubai . Preferred Qualifications Experience in engineering, construction, or large capital project industries. Exposure to SAP Activate methodology. Prior experience working with Tier 1 consultancies or on major global programs. Contract Details Duration: 12 months initially (extensions highly likely through full program lifecycle).
