Descrizione del RuoloSinthema, società di ricerca personale qualificato specializzata nei settori del tessile e moda, è alla ricerca di un Responsabile Customer Service Wholesale Italia per un prestigioso brand del settore fashion premium. La figura sarà il punto di riferimento per le seguenti attività:Coordinare un team di 6–7 persone (back office e supporto agenti)Gestire clienti diretti wholesale (grandi department store) e indiretti tramite agentiRappresentare il punto di escalation per problematiche complesseGarantire l'applicazione delle procedure e l’uso efficace del CRM avanzatoTradurre strategie commerciali in newsletter e campagne promozionali, in sinergia con la Direzione CommercialeResidenza: Milano o zone ben collegate, o interesse al trasferimentoEsperienza: 5–7 anni in ruoli di coordinamento nel customer service wholesale moda premiumBackground: Esperienza in aziende con volumi significativi e gestione di migliaia di clientiLeadership: Capacità di gestire team complessi e abitudine a ritmi intensi e processi articolatiCompetenze:Avanzate in CRM e digital tools, con capacità di trasformare dati in strategie di fidelizzazioneLingue: Italiano madrelingua e inglese fluenteCosa Offre l'AziendaRetribuzione: Negoziabile intorno ai 60K € lordi annuiTipologia contrattuale: assunzione a tempo indeterminatoOpportunità di crescita: Ambiente stimolante con focus sulla crescita personale e professionaleInformazioni UtiliLa posizione è basata a Milano, con modalità full-time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
