After starting, the selected candidate must obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or equivalent clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.Key job responsibilitiesArchitect and lead development of complex PCB designs incorporating FPGA SoCsDrive system‑level hardware architecture decisions and technical requirementsLead new product introduction (NPI) processes with contract manufacturersDevelop and validate high‑speed digital and mixed‑signal circuitsEnsure designs meet EMI/EMC compliance, thermal, and signal integrity requirementsPartner with FPGA/firmware teams to define hardware interfaces and requirementsLead design reviews and drive technical consensus across multiple teamsMentor junior engineers and establish hardware engineering best practicesA day in the lifeYou will work with a cross‑functional team of hardware, software, and FPGA engineers in our dedicated product development lab. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600/year in our highest geographic market.
