Business ControllerWe are looking for a Business Controller, reporting to the Finance, Control & Accounting Director.Main responsibilities:Sales and margin analysisSupport and coordination of month end accrualsPreparation of periodic financial reports (P& L, BS)Report and analysis by category & channelInventory data analysis, month end postings, monitoring end of season distressed inventory and devaluation riskElaboration of actual cost variance vs budget and forecast by cost center and departmentAd-hoc analyses, concepts, presentations in order to support Top Management decisionsManagement of cross functional projects to improve profitabilityRelationship with third parties (external consultants and auditors)Capex reportingRequired qualifications:Economics degree requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting rolesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word)Analytical mindset with a very good attention to detailsIntegrity, confidentiality and ability to work effectively under tight deadlinesProactive team playerHighly organized and flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasksFluent in Italian and English
