In this role, you will engage closely with Italian-speaking clients, assisting them in navigating our innovative product offerings and tailoring solutions that meet their specific business needs. Your expertise will be imperative in ensuring clients derive maximum value from our products.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to Italian-speaking clients, providing insights on product solutions that support their business objectives.Understand client requirements and recommend tailored product offerings based on their specific needs.Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on features and benefits.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and improve the overall client experience.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.Stay current with industry trends and competitive products to provide relevant advice to clients.Assist clients in the implementation of product solutions and address any queries they may have.RequirementsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Proven experience in a client‑facing role, preferably in product advisory, sales, or customer support.Strong understanding of product solutions, software, and market trends in the digital space.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.BenefitsCompetitive Monthly SalaryMonthly Performance BonusFully Paid TrainingFully Paid Relocation Package (Flight, Airport
