As they continue to scale, they are now seeking a visionary leader to drive the Italian market to new heights.The RoleThis is a rare opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded leader to take full ownership of the Italian business. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for setting the market vision, accelerating revenue growth, and positioning the company as a trusted partner to agencies, brands and industry bodies.You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership. Building, mentoring and scaling a high‑performing team while driving impact across digital and video marketing.Your responsibilities will include :Leading the Italian market strategy, operations and commercial performanceFull P&L ownership with a focus on growth and profitabilityStrengthening key relationships across agencies and brandsChampioning the company in the market as a credible, influential leaderScaling teams and fostering a culture of innovation, excellence and collaborationWe’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial leader with a strong foundation in digital and ad‑tech :Proven leadership experience in adtech or Digital mediaStrong agency network and industry relationshipsFluent in Italian and EnglishTrack record of scaling teams and driving commercial successExceptional communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinkingA builder’s mentality - passionate about transformation and growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
