This role is based in the office in Milan, Italy.Job Purpose The Digital Product Specialist will be in charge of the B2B e-commerce platform and Explora Journeys’ Guest Area.Key Accountabilities Document product features and create user storiesAssist in the creation and maintenance of products roadmapsTranslate complex technical requirements into actionable product specificationsCommunicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholdersSupport the testing and release processes for new product updatesMonitor product performance metrics and making data-driven decisionsQualifications You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel IndustryYou set yourself apart through your personal accountability to deliver with excellenceYou are structured, well organized and know how to navigate in a matrix organisationStrong knowledge on the Digital projects lifecycle, particularly on complex or highly technical productsYou are a fast learner and tech savvyKnowledge in Adobe Experience Manager is a plusOpenness to travel occasionally to the HQ in GenevaRight to work in ItalyAt Explora Journeys, we are redefining luxury ocean travel — where discovery, well-being, and a deep respect for the seas come together in harmony.
