Your role  We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Intern who will support our team by extracting insights on our customers and CRM activities, building reports and contributing to analytics workflows. In this role, you will work closely with experienced analysts to explore database, prepare presentations, automate reporting, and contribute to dashboard development for all company audience, locally or globally. Main responsibilities: Analyze customer data from the database (through SQL) to identify customer segments, extract behavioral trends, and support insights on purchasing patterns. Support the creation of clear, well-structured presentations to communicate analytical findings communicated in a simple and straight forward manner Contribute to automated reporting workflows, from SQL queries to Airflow DAGs. Assist in building or updating Looker dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business questions and data needs Main requirements:  Knowledge of SQL Knowledge of other programming languages (Python, R) and/or experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint Fluent in English, both writing and speaking Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively and communicate clearly.
