SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for planning and implementing complex Machines Modifications Projects from sales order acknowledgement through final customer acceptance and is the point of contact for customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work with the project team and customer to define project scope, goals, risks, and deliverables. Define roles, required tasks, and resources, and work with leaders to allocate resources. Manage the project team and run MCR project meetings. Track, analyze, and regularly report on the project budget. Work with scheduling to create the project schedule and communicate status to project team. Prepare, schedule, and lead Integrated Planning Sessions (IPS) and follow through on the IPS throughout the life of the project including but not limited to team requirements, third party services, parts, onsite communication plans, safety, service kick-off, SAT’s, customer wrap-up meetings, and open issues communication plans. Track and ensure completion of deliverables. Regularly communicate progress, problems, and viable solutions to customers. Oversee timely invoicing per contract terms. Oversee post shipment start-up and Site Acceptance Test to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and acknowledged.
