You’ll ensure the accuracy of purchase orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met.You will also align closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage timelines, product phase-outs, and stock obsolescence while supporting overall business performance.Your core responsibilities at a glance :Management of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity.Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase‑outs.Support local P&D teams on issues related to service levels, stock coverage, and critical code communications.Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy.Support Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams regarding service level and stock coverage.Prepare and share a weekly supply report highlighting at‑risk products and upcoming supply issues.The ingredients of Perfetti Van Melle – is this your flavor?We are Taste Makers in Candy As the third‑largest confectionery company in the world – and the second in Europe – we’re on a journey to become the best in making candy.
