You will enjoy: the following activities:* ### Examine Tender Documentation: Review technical specifications and survey data provided by the customer.* ### Develop Technical Solution: Create a solution that meets the specified requirements.* ### Internal Discussions: Collaborate with Installation Engineering and other departments.* ### Clarification Meetings: Participate in meetings with internal teams and the customer.* ### Site Visits: Conduct site visits to understand logistics, feasibility, and potential subcontractors.* ### Prepare RFQs: Issue technical specifications for potential subcontractors.* ### Subcontractor Discussions: Clarify and align subcontractor offers with Prysmian/Customer requirements.* ### Finalize Solution: Fine-tune the solution with relevant departments.* ### Cost and Risk Assessment: Calculate installation costs and assess associated risks.* ### Prepare Technical Documentation: Create the Technical Description of the Work and other required documents.* ### Plan of Work: Assemble and prepare the installation Plan of Work.* ### Negotiations: Participate in negotiations and clarification meetings with the customer.* ### Internal Kick-Off Meetings: Participate in initial project meetings.* ### Customer/Subcontractor Meetings: Attend meetings with the customer and/or subcontractors.* ### Detailed Engineering Involvement: Engage deeply in detailed engineering aspects for construction.* ### Assessment of Changes: Evaluate potential changes since the tender stage, including technical solutions, contractual issues, risks, and costs.### **You are the right fit if you have/are:*** ### Fluent in English and Italian.* ### Master Degree in Engineering and passion for the sector* ### Entry level or up to 1/2 years experience in similar role* ### Good communication skills and relationship approach with Clients* ### Analytical and problem-solving skills, target orientation, with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.* ### Availability to short but possibly frequent trips, domestic and abroad### **What we offer you:*** ### Permanent Contract* ### Hybrid working model: 8 days per month* ### Flexible working hours* ### Ticket Restaurants: 9 Euro per day* ### Health Insurance* ### Company support on public transportation* ### Annual Bonus and Stock option plans* ### Collaborative environment* ### Dynamic and Respectful Workplace### **Our selection process:**### ### Our hiring process consists of four main steps:### 1) application, 2) HR interview, 3) hiring manager interviews and 4) online assessment.### ### **Click here to get all the tips to be fully prepared:**### ### If you’re excited about the role and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment with challenging projects which drive impact for a sustainable future, we encourage you to apply### ### **Deep dive into Prysmian and check the below insightful links:*** ###* ###* ###### ### **Discover more positions globally:***Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
