Location: Crealis Headquarter in Bodio Lomnago (VA)

Reporting to: Head of Group Controlling & Consolidation
Join Crealis Group and make an impact on industrial performance We are looking for an Industrial Controller to support our Bar Top Business Unit, acting as a key business partner to Operations and Manufacturing teams.
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial discipline, monitoring operational performance and supporting strategic business decisions in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product and process standard costs
Analyze variances between actuals, standards, budget and forecast
Monitor industrial cost centers and key cost drivers
Track manufacturing performance, productivity and efficiency indicators
Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting
Support month-end closing activities in collaboration with Accounting
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for the Business Unit
Perform profitability analyses and support cost improvement initiatives
Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and control processes
What We Are Looking For
✔ Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
✔ 4-6 years of experience in industrial controlling within a manufacturing environment
✔ Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
✔ Advanced Excel skills
✔ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
✔ Fluency in English
