As the Head of Adoption and Change , you’ll drive our technical adoption strategy, leading with both vision and innovation. Responsibilities Roadmap and Prioritization: Create and update projects roadmap that balances immediate objectives with long-term vision. Ensure that the workload is evenly distributed among the team members, taking advantage of each one\'s skills and exposing the whole team to various types of clients and projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with product, data, creative, marketing, sales, and administration teams to ensure coherent and effective project development and go-to-market strategies. Skills and Competencies Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a consultancy firm or structured company in another industry, with a track record of successful change mgmt. and tech adoption projects. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive project decisions and performance improvements.
