Selection 4.0 , a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at both national and international levels, is looking for a :Electrical Laboratory Technicianfor a client company, a global leader in the production of transformers.ObjectiveThe candidate will be responsible for the Test Room for the testing of low and medium voltage transformers and inductors.Main responsibilitiesPerform routine tests on production;Personally carry out routine and type tests in accordance with major European (IEC) or American (ANSI / UL / CSA) standards;Conduct acceptance tests, planning and verifying compliance with timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction, even in their presence;Verify and maintain the calibration status of the instrument fleet;Develop the strategy for the test room to better respond to the evolving testing needs from customers / R&D;Work closely with R&D and the technical office in performing tests for the characterization of new materials and / or verification of new construction solutions;Position requirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;At least 5 years of experience in testing transformers or electrical machines;Knowledge of IEC and ANSI C standards for transformer testing;Good knowledge of the English language;Knowledge of a second language will be considered a significant plus;Ability to independently research and organize information to understand applications and define testing methods;Initiative and proactive attitude.The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, organizational and planning abilities, integrity, and professional ethics.Workplace : Province of Varese (Italy)Sector : Role :Job type : Permanent job#J-18808-Ljbffr
