Lead Quantity SurveyorExecutive/Principal Consultant levelBarrow-in-Furness (Hybrid working, mixture of home, office and client sites)PermanentFull time with flexible working and core hoursAbout this opportunityGleeds is seeking experienced Lead Quantity Surveyors to lead the commercial delivery of major engineering and equipment contracts within the nuclear defence sector. These programmes underpin critical national capability and involve some of the most technically complex and secure assets in the country. As an Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial leadership across contracts involving complex M&E systems, advanced manufacturing and specialist infrastructure providing assurance, governance and commercial oversight. This role ensures contracts are being delivered correctly, at cost and on time.No two days are the same. We are a flexible team that supports each other’s projects as well as getting involved with wider business activities.
