COMMERCIAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST AFTERMARKET

Descrizione del lavoro As Commercial Product Specialist Aftermarket with a strong focus on Consumables products, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Lely Centers Network and internal teams in SEET region. You will act as the go-to person for both commercial and technical aspects related to the Aftermarket business. You will contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and commercial actions to enhance sales performance of the product under your responsibilities. You travel regularly within the SEET geographical area to maintain close relationships with cluster teams and Lely Center Network. You will be part of the Business Team Milking of the cluster SEET reporting to Manager Proposition Milking. Key responsibilities include : Ensure alignment and successful execution of long-term aftermarket strategies with cross-functional teams within the Cluster; Support a proper aftermarket business focus of the distribution network of the cluster ensuring professional development through constant training of dedicated people; Serve as the main point of contact for commercial and technical questions for the whole Cluster; Be the main point of contact for Lely International headquarters to provide market information and ensure seamless communication for strategy implementation; Provide input for marketing initiatives and commercial actions to promote aftermarket growth. Qualifiche Agricultural background : experience in the agricultural sector, ideally within dairy farming or agricultural machinery is a preference but not a must; Commercial mindset : you enjoy selling, identifying customer needs, and delivering effective solutions; Strong communicator : you are skilled at building relationships, managing stakeholders and influencing decisions; Good presentation skills and experience delivering training Team player : collaborative, proactive, and supportive of other departments; Results-driven : able to work independently, set clear goals, and manage priorities effectively; Strong communication skills both in Italian and English. You are willing to travel, both nationally and internationally, to maintain strong connections with teams and partners.
