Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches. We are currently looking for a Head of Wholesale & Franchising North & Central Europe. How you will contribute Lead and execute the wholesale and franchising strategy across North & Central Europe, ensuring alignment with Pomellato’s global objectives; Manage, coach, and develop a team of Area - Managers across key European regions (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, UK, Benelux), fostering a performance-driven culture; Drive sustainable sales growth through effective distribution/franchise management, aimed at maximizing partners sell out and consequent continuous ideal assortment in their stock; Identify and secure strategic partnerships in target markets, optimizing distribution network efficiency and brand presence; Monitor and guide franchise operations, ensuring compliance with Pomellato’s brand standards, VM, and client experience; Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and territory mapping to identify white opportunities for network evolution and elevation; Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail to deploy consistent brand strategies across all wholesale/franchise channels; Lead the opening of new doors/franchise boutiques, from negotiation to launch, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders; Act as the key liaison between HQ and local partners, ensuring clear communication, performance tracking, and long-term business planning. Who you are Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; 8–10 years of experience in a senior wholesale/franchising role within the luxury industry, with international scope; An agile, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset; Proven experience managing multi-country teams and delivering commercial growth; Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of European retail markets; Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; Fluent in Italian and English; German or French is a strong plus; Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
