Role OverviewThe Sales Associate Director, Government sector is responsible for driving sales of healthcare-focused SaaS solutions to public sector organizations, including national health services, local authorities, and government-funded healthcare institutions. This role requires deep understanding of public procurement processes, healthcare regulations, and the unique challenges faced by government entities in delivering digital health services. LocationThe role can be located in any of our major European offices such as: Alphen aan den Rijn in the Netherlands, Madrid in Spain, Milan in Italy, London in UK, Mechelen in Belgium and Berlin in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Public Sector Sales Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting government healthcare agencies and institutions. Procurement Navigation: Manage complex public procurement cycles, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with government officials, policy makers, and healthcare administrators. Solution Selling: Position SaaS offerings as solutions to public health challenges such as patient data management, care coordination, compliance, and digital transformation.
