In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth, strengthening relationships with key retailers and our distributor partner, and unlocking new commercial opportunities across the region. As a core member of the EMEA sales team, you will shape customer plans, negotiate high-impact deals, and bring our strategy to life. You’ll work independently from your home office while staying closely connected to the wider commercial organization.You will report directly to the Director, Central & Eastern Europe.Roles & Responsibilities:Own and grow the Retail and Online channels in Italy, focusing on revenue, margin, and long-term sustainable growthManage, strengthen, and expand relationships with key retailers and our distributor partnerIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across the Italian marketCreate and execute customer plans covering product portfolios, marketing, and promotions in alignment with EMEA strategySupport forecasting and demand planning, ensuring alignment between market needs and operational deliveryNegotiate, pitch, and close deals while maintaining a deep understanding of regional market conditions and competitive dynamicsWho we’re looking for:Resilient, self-driven, and highly organizedComfortable working independently from a home office, with strong prioritization skillsExperienced in international sales environments, capable of executing region-wide strategiesCommercially sharp with a strong sense of ownership and collaborationYou probably have the following experiences & skills:5+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics and/or TelecomA strong, proven network within Italian retail and distribution (CE & Telecom preferred)Solid experience in
