He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs.ResponsibilitiesAnswers telephone, keys data, files, etc.Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules.Coordinates departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties.Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or International equivalentData entry skills – RequiredEffective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skillsExperience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)6 months – 1 year office support experience – PreferredWorking hours: Monday to Friday 09.00‑14.00Contract: temporary from as soon as possible to 9th JanuaryEmployee Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
