**Descripción de puesto**:
**Job Summary**
This position understands and performs general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment using effective time-management skills. He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answers telephone, keys data, files, etc.
- Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.
- Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules.
- Coordinates departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties.
- Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
- Data entry skills - Required
- Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- 6 months - 1 year office support experience - Preferred

**Working hours**: from monday to friday 09.00-14.00

**Contract**:temporary from as soon as possible to 9th january
