Vous êtes au bon endroit, cette offre devrait vous plaire Au sein d'une scierie basée à Sainte Florence / Essarts en Bocage, vous serez sous la responsabilité du Responsable Exploitation Cogénération. Le Technicien de maintenance cogénération assure la maintenance préventive et corrective de l'outil de production dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité, d'hygiène tout en tenant compte des enjeux de productivité.Vos principales missions seront :Effectuer les opérations de maintenance nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des équipements.Réaliser le diagnostic des problèmes rencontrés et les résoudre.Participer au suivi des travaux réalisés par les entreprises extérieures, pendant l'année et pendant les arrêts d'été.Participer à la conduite des installations.HorairesCes postes impliquent des horaires en 2×8 ou de nuit fixe ou 2×12 Weekend, mission longue durée.Rémunération et avantages :Taux horaire : selon votre profil + indemnités kilométriques + primes diverses.IFM (indemnité de fin de mission) = 10 % de la rémunération totale brute.ICCP (indemnités compensatrices congés payés) = 10 % de la rémunération brute (avec IFM).Cerise sur le gâteau : nous vous proposons le livret ACTUAL qui vous rapporte 12 % d’intérêts par an ProfilDe formation Bac à Bac + 2 – ELECTROMECANIQUE / MAINTENANCE INDUSTRIELLE / ELECTROTECHNIQUE, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire de Technicien maintenance en milieu industriel au cours de laquelle vous avez su faire preuve de rigueur, de pragmatisme, d’efficacité, d’un esprit de service et de responsabilités. Vous travaillez au sein d'une équipe dynamique organisée de façon à donner de l'autonomie à chaque collaborateur afin que chacun puisse exprimer tout son potentiel.
