Mission description The selected candidate will become part of the Manufacturing Engineering team that works on New Products Introduction (NPI). The NPI team activity begins during the design phase, where interaction with Design Engineering is essential to suggest the best solutions and technologies to reach cost and performance targets. The activity then continues with the cost analysis, the manufacturing of the prototypes and the industrialization of the processes, providing technical support to external suppliers and internal manufacturing areas. Daily responsibilitiesInteraction with Design Engineering Cost analysis Industrialisation of new productsWhat you bring As a Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer, we expect deep knowledge of manufacturing methods. Considering the future Company needs, it would be of particular interest to have experience with manufacturing of small and precise hydraulic components, including automation during the machining and then assembly phases. Previous experience with Hydraulic Servovalves would be highly preferred. Knowledge of special processes (heat and surface treatments, EDM, brazing and welding) would also be a plus. Fluent English is mandatory. QualificationsMaster Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Self‑motivated and autonomous, but also capable of interacting with the various members of the team, internal shopfloors and external suppliers Experience with manufacturing of small and precise hydraulic components, including automation during machining and assembly phases Previous experience with Hydraulic Servovalves highly preferred Knowledge of special processes (heat and surface treatments, EDM, brazing and welding) is a plus Fluent English mandatory Availability to travel#J-18808-Ljbffr
