You will oversee daily accounting functions, maintain strong internal controls, support strategic financial decision‑making, and ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.Your main responsibilities will include :Developing and managing the annual budget and financial forecastsMonitoring revenues, expenses, and analyzing variancesOverseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations (AP, AR, income audit)Ensuring accurate and timely monthly and year‑end closingPreparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reportsEnsuring compliance with the hotel’s chart of accounts and company financial standardsImplementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assetsEnsuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax requirementsAssisting in tax return preparation and governmental filingsCoordinating internal and external auditsReviewing balance sheet reconciliations for accuracySupervising, training, and mentoring the accounting teamSupporting senior management and the Director of Finance with analysis and strategic decision‑makingProviding financial insights to identify trends and opportunitiesLiaising with other departments to resolve financial or control‑related issuesParticipating in management meetingsHandling payroll processing and related accrualsSupporting daily cash management functionsMonitoring third‑party billing, payments, and POS transactionsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in hotel or luxury‑hospitality finance (senior or supervisory level)Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controlsExcellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsHigh level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environmentProficiency in accounting and hotel systems (Opera, Sun, or similar)Strong communication skills and a collaborative approachFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)Passion for excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional resultsWhat We OfferA key financial leadership role in one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resortsOpportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritageCompetitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesAccommodation, meals, uniform, and other on‑property benefitsA dynamic, supportive, and international team environmentApply NowReady to advance your career in hospitality finance?Send your CV and cover letter to :#J-18808-Ljbffr
