Kettydo+ , azienda leader nelle strategie di Engagement, Loyalty e Martech per alcuni tra i principali brand italiani, è alla ricerca di un/una Demand Manager da inserire nel team Operations, con riporto diretto al General Manager. Un ruolo chiave per garantire una gestione solida, scalabile e sostenibile del nostro parco fornitori , collaborando ogni giorno con i team Tech, Creatività, Design, Sviluppo, Data e Martech. Ricercare, valutare e selezionare fornitori in area Tech, Creatività, Design, Sviluppo, Data & Martech e Infrastrutture IT Gestire tutte le fasi di attivazione dei fornitori: contratti, NDA, onboarding, tariffari Essere il punto di riferimento operativo per la gestione della fornitura (non contenutistica) Pianificare e tracciare le richieste di capacità, garantendo disponibilità e continuità Monitorare qualità, performance, SLA, rischi e affidabilità dei fornitori Mantenere aggiornati i file di controllo: consuntivi, forecast, saturazione, performance economica Gestire il profilo economico dei fornitori, verificando costi, allocazioni e coerenza con il budget Tenere sempre aggiornato il portfolio fornitori, incluse revisione tariffe, scouting e ampliamento Produrre insight operativi a supporto del General Manager Chi stiamo cercando? Requisiti tecnici 2–4 anni di esperienza in Project Management, Operations o Vendor Management Ottime capacità analitiche e dimestichezza con strumenti di controllo (forecast, consuntivi, KPI) Precisione, metodo e forte capacità organizzativa Familiarità con contesti digitali e processi tech Attitudine alla governance dei processi e alla gestione strutturata dei flussi Preferibile esperienza in aziende digitali, software house, agenzie o realtà tech Soft Skills Affidabilità e autonomia Capacità di coordinare diversi stakeholder e gestire contesti complessi Attenzione al dettaglio e visione d’insieme Comunicazione chiara e naturale inclinazione alla collaborazione cross-team Cosa offriamo?
