PRODUCT MANAGER In questo ruolo il Product Manager, riportando al Product Marketing Manager, dovrà occuparsi di gestire le principali attività legate al ciclo di vita delle gamme prodotto di largo consumo come Caldaie Murali, Scaldabagni a gas e Aria Condizionata, garantendo l'aggiornamento delle suddette gamme in relazione a richieste di mercato e variazioni normative. Nella posizione il candidato svolgerà le seguenti attività : - Analisi e monitoraggio continuo dei competitors per la creazione di un benchmark strutturato a supporto delle vendite/trade e del posizionamento dei prodotti ; - Supporto indispensabile alla creazione della documentazione commerciale di prodotto (presentazioni, listini, dépliant commerciali, schede prodotto, contenuti web) ; - Gestione della formazione tecnico/commerciale da somministrare a canali di vendita di largo consumo, di concerto con Trade/KAM ; - Realizzazione di analisi vendite legate al portafoglio Caldaie/Scaldabagni/Aria Condizionata per supportare le attività di forecast, business plan, budget ; - Collaborazione a livello internazionale con il gruppo industriale per garantire che l'aggiornamento dei prodotti in sviluppo risponda ai requisiti tecnico/normativi del mercato italiano. Settore: Energia Ruolo: Marketing/Relazioni esterne Anni di esperienza: 3-5 anni Gestisce altre persone: No Tipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato Inquadramento: Executive Competenze e esperienza : - Formazione e/o esperienza in ambito economico e di marketing (strategie comunicative, stesura business plan, ecc.) - Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni maturata nel settore HVAC residenziale indispensabile - Conoscenza della tecnologia caldaie e di sistemi di climatizzazione - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - Ottime competenze informatiche e di presentazione del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel, Power Point ed Outlook Completano il profilo ricercato la capacità di portare valore aggiunto grazie a competenze analitiche e di problem solving, l'attitudine al lavoro di squadra, l'attenzione alle scadenze, autonomia e attenzione ai dettagli. Il ruolo prevede viaggi principalmente all'interno del territorio nazionale (30%).
