Le nostre piattaforme digitali si integrano perfettamente con i sistemi informativi ospedalieri (PACS, EHR, SMB). Per svilupparne appieno il potenziale, cerchiamo la tua esperienza tecnica, la gestione locale degli stakeholder e un supporto operativo diretto. Questo nuovo ruolo sarà il collegamento chiave tra i team commerciali, gli utenti clinici e i dipartimenti IT ospedalieri, garantendo che le soluzioni digitali di Ambu vengano integrate e adottate completamente nei flussi di lavoro clinici. Le tue principali responsabilità saranno:Guidare il processo di integrazione locale: identificare gli stakeholder chiave (responsabili PACS, sicurezza IT, amministrazione medica), coordinare test pilota e il deployment completo.
Gestire l’implementazione tecnica, inclusa la compatibilità con le infrastrutture ospedaliere, la cybersicurezza, il GDPR e le normative locali. Agire come project manager locale, scalando eventuali criticità al team centrale e assicurando l’avanzamento delle attività sul campo. Supervisionare l’inventario, la gestione degli asset e il ciclo di vita dei monitor medicali forniti. Collaborare con i team commerciali locali in gare pubbliche, incontri tecnici e presentazioni in cui l’integrazione rappresenta un requisito fondamentale.
Comunicare il valore clinico e operativo dell’integrazione digitale con PACS, EHR, SMB e processi di documentazione ospedaliera. Posizionare l’integrazione come un elemento differenziante e un driver di valore a lungo termine. Formare i team commerciali affinché possano presentare e supportare efficacemente le capacità di integrazione. Essere il riferimento locale per best practice, competenze tecniche e follow-up post implementazione.
Collaborare con altri specialisti di integrazione e con i team digitali globali per migliorare continuamente l’approccio di Ambu. La posizione richiede base a Milano e frequenti trasferte, fino all’80% a livello nazionale. Profilo del candidatoSappiamo che competenze ed esperienze si sviluppano in molti modi e che l’idoneità per questo ruolo va oltre ciò che un curriculum può mostrare. Tuttavia è probabile che tu eccella in questa posizione se possiedi:Laurea in Ingegneria Biomedica, Informatica, Scienze della Salute o un campo tecnico equivalente.
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in integrazione IT ospedaliera, sistemi PACS / imaging clinico o implementazione di soluzioni digitali in ambito sanitario. Esperienza di lavoro in o con sistemi ospedalieri (come amministratore PACS, integratore di sistemi clinici o consulente IT in sanità). Capacità di muoversi con sicurezza in ambienti ospedalieri, dalle sale operatorie alle server room. Ottime capacità di project management e comunicazione interpersonale.
Abilità nel progettare e tenere sessioni di formazione in aula e/o online. La padronanza dell’italiano è essenziale, e sono inoltre necessarie solide competenze in inglese, poiché il team tecnico con cui si collabora si trova nella sede centrale in Danimarca.
